About Living Beyond Boundaries

Life can pose many challenges and building resilience is paramount for children and parents to be able to bounce back from difficult experiences. It can be a challenge as a young person to see clearly the direction you want to go or the path needed to take in reaching a goal. When faced with so many options in a world that is becoming more complex, having an experienced adult that is easy to talk to allows young ones to bounce their feelings off someone who can give expert counselling, coaching, mentoring and guidance.

We live in an age where self-worth is measured by the number of likes on social media. This creates a lot more self-image awareness and puts more pressure on youths. Having personal guidance can really assist a young person to discover their self-worth so there is less likelihood that they will become overwhelmed or even give up when they feel like they are facing a big mountain ahead. Often it is simply building confidence to enable someone to reach their goals.

To do this we provide for children, teens, young adults and families packages that include coaching, counselling, advocacy, NPL (Neuro Linguistic Programming), confidence building, guidance and support and parenting. We also run seminars and workshops and Diane is available to speak at events.

About Diane Heinlein

Diane’s background in the area of helping children and families started when she was working in a franchise with helping children with their maths and English. She quickly realised that what children really need is more than just assistance with learning but to build confidence and resilience. It was this that helped them excel. Feeling limited in her current situation to help more Diane decided to quit her franchise and set out on a new business to open up options to help the young and families. She furthered her qualifications by going to university and completing a degree in counselling and welfare. Now she is currently doing a NLP course.

During Diane’s time at university she was placed with a disability support provider, further igniting her passion for seeing those with disabilities thrive. This was also fuelled by her son’s autism and being told he wouldn’t be able to do much. His primary school years were a letdown having to fight every day for him. This motivated Diane to pull him out of school and home school him for year 6. She found a wonderful high school that would main stream him and they worked with her every step to ensure that her son had the best opportunities to flourish. He came first in Biology in year 12 and is now doing a degree in medicinal chemistry at university.
